OUR TEAM​

Our professional team comprises lawyers, paralegals, law clerks, and assistants collaborating to offer you prompt service and well-considered, balanced legal guidance. Our law clerks, skilled professionals, handle independent legal tasks, particularly those of a straightforward and administrative nature. They also undertake managerial duties under the supervision of an AGBL lawyer and support our lawyers in tackling more intricate legal issues. Mr. Abdel Fattah Faouri

Chairman /Corporate law and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)

  • Experience: Mr. Faouri has been practicing law since graduating from LLB Arab University of Beirut, Lebanon in 1994.

  • Affiliations: Member of the Jordanian Bar Association and the Arab Lawyers Union.

  • Areas of Expertise: Extensive experience in corporate law and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). Additionally, possesses wide knowledge in:

    • Administrative Courts.
    • Income Tax.
    • Letters of Credit.
    • Medical Liability.
    • Arbitration in Intellectual Property.
    • Arbitration in Construction Contracts.
    • Major Felonies Lawsuits.

  • Additional Skills: Brings legal expertise, business sector knowledge, and a modern vision to provide effective solutions.

Ms. Jude Hattar

Advocate and Legal consultant / Litigation of Labor & corporate / Criminal Law.

  • Education:
    • Master’s degree from Kingston University, London
    • Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Jordan, Amman
 
  •  Professional Experience:
    • Extensive experience in litigation before various courts of all types and levels, in commercial and civil cases, labor disputes, landlord-tenant cases, corporate, insurance, environmental, and criminal cases.
    • Wide knowledge in commercial law, corporate law, trademarks, and trade names.
    • Expertise in registering companies of various types with the Companies Control Department at the Ministry of Industry and Trade, and preparing all necessary documents and papers for registration.
    • Experience in registering associations and non-profit companies with relevant authorities.
    • Extensive knowledge in arbitration, drafting contracts and agreements, and providing legal consultations.

Mr. Abdullah M. Tirawi

    • Wide knowledge in litigation and appeals in all judicial courts
    • Proficient in alternative dispute resolution methods
    • Experience in recovering and collecting debts, due amounts, and default payments
